In accordance to Article XI. Amendments of the chapter constitution, whereas stated, “the following Amendments to this Constitution may be proposed by a majority of the Chapter Executive Board or by 10% or more of the Chapter members.” These amendments were proposed by Kaplan University 2014 Chapter Officers of Golden Key International Honour Society on June 22, 2014 at the General Membership Meeting and sent via all the following forms of communication: social media and GIN emails as a survey to all chapter members for their viewing and vote from June 24, 2014 to June 29, 2014.
On June 29, 2014, with more than 10% of the majority vote, the above mentioned Executive Board Amendments to the Chapter Constitution of Kaplan University Chapter of Golden Key International Honour Society passed.
